Cyber-Flex Solutions Provides businesses with access to experienced, independent Business Advisers in order to review the business and provide a Business Evaluation Action Plan with recommended strategies for business improvement or growth. The Evaluation includes up to 12 months of mentoring to help implement the strategies.

A business evaluation is an analysis and review of the entire business as a whole. It is conducted to determine the overall standing and operation of a business before it is sold by the owner to a potential interested buyer. The evaluation is conducted to ensure that the buyer understands what areas may need attention and what changes need to be implemented to get the business desired from the purchase.

Business Evaluations are one of the services provided under the Cyber-Flex Solutions Consulting Services mainly for businesses, SMEs and the growing Entrepreneur. It involves a unique process that sees professional, Independent and skilled Business Advisers undertake an impartial Business Evaluation that is tailored to the applicant’s business to provide strategies for business growth and business improvement.

How is this Services rendered?

A professional, skilled and experienced Business Adviser from Cyber-Flex Solutions will:

• come to your business premises to gather information about your business;
• undertake further research and analyse the information off-site; and
• prepare a tailored Business Evaluation Action Plan outlining strategies your business can take to become more competitive, improve and grow.

When you are ready to apply the strategies, the Business Adviser will coach and mentor you for up to twelve months.

Who can apply?

A business must be:

• a for-profit company incorporated and operating in Nigeria,
• non tax-exempt,
• a company with trading activities that are the majority of its overall activities.

Your application needs to show your business’ commitment to apply the strategies you receive.

What are the eligibility criteria?

To be able to apply for a business evaluation, you must;

• Satisfy one of the following:
  • be operating in one or more of the Growth Sectors which are:
    • Advanced Manufacturing
    • Food and Agribusiness
    • Medical Technologies and Pharmaceuticals
    • Mining Equipment, Technology and Services
    • Oil, Gas and Energy Resources, or
  • provide Enabling Technologies and Services to one or more of the Growth Sectors, or
  • have the skills, ability, expertise or intellectual property to work in or with one or more of the Growth Sectors in the future, or
  • be a tourism business operating in Nigeria.
• be solvent
• have an annual turnover (or operating expenditure) within the current, or one of the last two financial years:
  • Between =N=1.5 million and =N=100 million or
  • Between =N=750,000 and =N=1.5 million for applicants from Remote Nigeria or Northern Nigeria.
• have filed Business Activity Statements in Nigeria showing ongoing trading in at least three successive years
• not have received a Business Evaluation Report, Business Evaluation Action Plan or a Business Review Report in the last five years.
